We strongly encourage customers to inspect their order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition - unused, unopened, not damaged and directly purchased from The Paw Lover only. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a return. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@thepawlover.sg or +65-8288-9053 (Whatsapp only). Items returned without prior contact will be rejected. 

All refunds and exchanges will be done at the discretion of The Paw Lover.
