Delivery for all products except frozen items

Delivery orders above S$60 are entitled to free door step delivery. For orders below S$60, there will be an additional delivery charge of S$5 per trip.

Please note that delivery will be either “seller own fleet delivery” is by “Qxpress” only (whichever is available on that day). 

For PayNow/iBanking transaction, orders will only be processed once payment is received. Orders will be cancelled after 24 hours if payment are not made within the time frame. All orders will arranged for delivery on the next available slot (within 3-7 working days). Please also expect some delay if our delivery slot is full. You may also check on the delivery status when item is shipped out. 

Delivery for Frozen Products

Kindly note that there will be a standard delivery charge of $20/trip for all frozen products. Delivery confirmation date and time will be made by call or WhatsApp on the same day or next day once order is placed. For redelivery as a result if no one home to receive on the day of delivery, additional $20 will be imposed.
